How do I buy a ticket?

How can I pay?
Using this form, you can pay by card or by bank transfer. In the Czech Republic, the SMSTicket network also has several stores.
At the conference’s Eshop Sueneé Universe sales stand, you can pay by card or cash.
The refreshment at the venue is paid for by cash only.
Are the tickets going to be available on-site?
We can’t guarantee you will be able to purchase a ticket on the spot. Tickets on the day will be available only if there are still any free seats left. The ticket price on the day might be higher. Please use this form to buy a ticket.
We don’t give any discounts for one day only or morning/afternoon only program.
Can I just print out my ticket or do I have to collect it?
You can buy your ticket online and print it out yourself. Also, you can come just with your mobile phone in which you have your ticket number or a readable QR code. You can also use some of the sales points in the SMSticket network stores.

Can I help you with the organization in exchange for a free ticket?
Yes. It’s possible. We’re looking for hostesses, IT specialists, and organizational helpers. Check out the list of vacancies. Previous experience with similar events is to your advantage.
Disabled access
The venue has disabled access. If you need to use it, we would appreciate it if you can let us know in advance, as we would like to make sure there is enough space in the hall.
Do you offer discounts for students, pensioners, or disabled people?
The price is the same for everybody.

How about the parking?
Please use the adjacent streets for parking. Due to limited capacity, parking in front of the theatre is restricted to the organizers only. Watch out for blue zones which are reserved for local residents.
